Red Hand Civil was founded in 2020 by Emmet, an experienced civil operator and supervisor with more than a decade working across major infrastructure and earthworks projects throughout Australia. Starting his career on the controls and progressing into Tier 1 supervisory roles, Emmet developed a reputation for accuracy, problem solving and high production output in demanding environments.

Red Hand Civil was created to bring these strengths directly to contractors and project teams that need skilled operators who can deliver consistent, high-quality work without constant oversight. Today, the company supports civil works across Western Australia, specialising in detailed excavation, final trim, GPS precision work and wet hire support for complex scopes.
